Special print for a bat mitzva

This is a very special present for a Bat Mitzva girl (or her proud parents!): this print can be customised with her name, the date (Hebrew or English) and the parasha (that week's portion of the Tora).

The print is a reproduction of an original painting by Laura Bolter. It was a commission, a present for the rabbi's daughter on het Bat Mitzva. Have a look at the sketches that preceded the painting (click images for a bigger view): "in the end my customer chose the first sketch. We weren't sure about picturing a girl holding up the Tora for a conservative person. I painted the tree of life in jewelled colours to resemble a stained glass window and the 'ner tamid' will shine over her special moment."
